The Urban Prosperity Fund primarily deals with issues that affect the African-American population in and around the Greater New Haven area. Its main focus is on issues that prevent African-Americans from participating and contributing as equal members of the society. To achieve this goal, Urban Prosperity Fund:   Hosts periodic community forums to raise awareness in the community about various issues.
